At Oklahoma Gas & Electric (OG&E), Quincy led transformational initiatives that modernized infrastructure, strengthened grid reliability, and accelerated the utility’s shift toward smarter, customer-centric energy delivery. Quincy also drove a customer-experience digital overhaul, redesigning OG&E’s public website and enterprise digital touchpoints to better serve both Fortune 500 clients and residential customers. His crisis-management leadership proved critical during a historic ice storm and an EF5 tornado, helping reduce outage durations and restore power for more than 600,000 customers under extreme conditions.
