Quincy W. Chapman’s career is defined by his passion for strategic innovation, operational excellence, and leadership in complex environments. Starting with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, he laid the foundation for expertise in organizational dynamics and business strategy. Always eager to grow, Quincy earned a Master of Science in Energy Management, where he sharpened his ability to lead large-scale projects and enhance operational efficiency.
Currently, Quincy is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) to deepen his knowledge in strategic management, finance, and operations. He’s also working toward a Chief Investment Officer certificate, enhancing his skills in making data-driven, impactful investment decisions.
As a Project Management Professional (PMP) with multiple certifications—including Lean Six Sigma, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Lean Portfolio Manager—Quincy has become a recognized expert in project and program management. His certifications equip him to implement best practices, streamline processes, and lead projects with precision across a variety of industries.
In his role as Senior Organizational Transformation and Change Manager at CHG Healthcare, Quincy combines his project management expertise with leadership, overseeing strategic projects and driving operational efficiency through innovative technologies. Additionally, as President of the Northern Utah Chapter of the Project Management Institute, he builds strategic partnerships and leads professional development initiatives across sectors.
Quincy’s deep experience in strategic planning, business transformation, and technological integration, combined with his ongoing academic pursuits, position him to deliver high-impact results and guide organizations through complex challenges. He is excited to continue leveraging his expertise to shape the future for clients across industries.
