Leading Health Innovation & Strategic Transformation

At the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH), AdaptogeniQ led a comprehensive transformation that included the decommissioning of the old public health lab and commissioning a new state-of-the-art facility, along with the creation of a new division for technology and business programs. We implemented a robust project management framework to support key public health initiatives, such as administering over 4 million COVID-19 vaccinations and launching the Oklahoma Pandemic Center of Innovation and Excellence. By driving organizational restructuring and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, AdaptogeniQ positioned OSDH as a leader in health innovation and crisis response, enhancing statewide health infrastructure, outcomes, and resilience.
